Data may be stale, incomplete or wrong. Satellite coverage is interrupted by cloud, the model runs on a schedule that can fail, and a page may continue to display the last result it had. A banner appears when the forecast is more than 36 hours old, but absence of a banner is not a guarantee of freshness.
